Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. In order to make the return, it is necessary for the product to be in its original condition, accompanied by the original invoice, receipt of purchase and the special return form.

- To make an exchange with the same or another product in our physical store.
- To make an exchange with the same or another product through our online store.
Make your exchange to the e-shop once you have made your initial purchase from there. Return the product very well packaged to avoid damage during transport, using the shipping of your choice, you will be fully charged for the shipping costs which you will pay to the transport company you choose at the time of shipment. Your package inside should contain a. the product you return b. the special return form that was in the original packaging that you received, filled out with the required information and by selecting the box that says “credit / exchange” c. your receipt.
To book / reserve the product with which you wish the change you will have to place a new order following the same procedure of a regular order, just to deduct the amount / balance resulting from your returned items, in the field ”Comments” you should note the word ”Change”. Let us inform you that the final amount with the credit will not be shown to you automatically at the time you place your order, it will be deducted from our accounting after the processing of your return.
We remind you that:
- The return process takes 5-10 working days from the moment we receive the return to our company. This is because all returns go through the quality control process before they reach the online store offices to inform customers.
